Michael joined the Board of Ozo Innovations in 2018 as a Director on behalf of Wheatsheaf Group, a major shareholder in the company. At Wheatsheaf, he has completed and managed investments across the portfolio in Europe and North America with themes including Food Safety, Nutrient Recovery, Efficient Protein Production and Aquaculture.
Michael joined Wheatsheaf in 2015 from Climate Change Capital, where he spent six years working for a €200m Resource Efficiency focused private equity fund. His focus was on Energy Efficiency related businesses and was Board Observer for an Energy Efficiency Services business and an Efficient Lighting business. Prior to CCC, Michael worked as an analyst for a Clean Power holding company, and as a Strategy Consultant serving leading global Energy and Utility clients.
Michael holds a First Class Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and is a CFA Charterholder.
