eloclear™ – effective against COVID-19

The WHO and UK government recommend a concentration of 1,000 ppm of free available chlorine (FAC) for disinfection against COVID-19. FAC is the active ingredient in our cleaning and disinfectant solution, eloclear™, at a concentration of 1,800-2,000 ppm.

Following recent testing conducted by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory, eloclear™ demonstrated full virucidal activity against a range of enveloped viruses, including SARS-CoV2, at 1,000 and 2,000 ppm, with a 30 second contact time.

eloclear™ has passed all three EN 14476:2013 standardised tests for chemical disinfectants and antiseptics, in addition to a range of antimicrobial efficacy tests in clean and dirty conditions, proving it also disinfects bacteria, fungi, yeast and mould.
