We are seeking an organised individual who can craft an engaging and effective message. You will be an experienced marketer who is able to take a technical product and explain why it matters to the food industry.
You will work with the CCO, Sales Team and Ozo Product Development team and be responsible for the design, management, execution, and continual evaluation of all marketing communications in support of Ozo’s novel hygiene products.
As the marketing lead for the business, you will play a critical role in helping grow the business. You should relish the challenge and expect to be rewarded as the business grows.
Reporting to the CCO to ensure that all marketing expenditure is within the agreed budget.
Essential Requirements and Skills
- Marketing communications: 4 years+
- Experience of utilising social media, trade platforms and associations to drive lead generation.
- Experience of marketing product and technical solutions
- Demonstrable results in lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- A team player able to engage the broader organisation to achieve exceptional results.
- A real drive and passion to make a difference and excel.
- Food sector B2B Marketing experience or
- Facilities Management B2B Marketing experience
- Degree or Further Education Marketing/Business qualification or equivalent
