This role is full-time to support the planning and implementation of changes to the Company’s processes and procedures, improving their effectiveness and efficiency as the company grows. Process documentation is controlled and published to staff using our intranet platform. Knowledge of HTML and CSS will be required to build forms and templates that can be implemented to improve the process workflows. The candidate should have an interest and a good general knowledge of IT to help users with a wide variety of ad-hoc IT troubleshooting support queries.
This is an opportunity to get involved with a broad range of IT disciplines within our infrastructure, including server setup and maintenance, telephony, helpdesk support and network administration.

Skills and Experience Required
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS
- Experience using Atlassian platforms; Confluence and Jira
- Experience working in a regulated environment preferable – knowledge of ISO27001
- Experience working in 1st/2nd line support
