As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for day-to-day management and the effective operation of HR functions across the business through partnership, collaboration and excellent customer service. You will have extensive experience in the creation and effective deployment of robust HR processes and policies. In a climate of increasing competition for talent you will operate an effective talent acquisition program building capacity through key relationships to meet our rapid expansion needs. You will also be responsible for developing the training and development strategy to enhance our people’s performance and talent retention. You will be the critical lead on HR projects.

Professional Qualifications and Desirable Skills
- CIPD qualified – (ideally MCIPD or FCIPD)
- Leading and driving change to improve performance and outcomes within a complex organisation;
- Developing, implementing and monitoring effective HR policies, procedures and systems;
- Experience of developing strong business partnering relationships with colleagues, external contacts and stakeholders built on trust and respect
