We’re seeking a Head of Sales to grow and development Ozo’s business.
Reporting to the CEO, this newly created role provides the opportunity to join the high caliber management team where commitment and input will have a high impact on the growth and development of the business. Located at our Oxford office with options for home-based working.
Professional Qualifications and Desirable Skills
- Bachelor’s degree and some understanding of basic science
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Proven complex, high value, multi-level solution-based sales experience
- A proven ability to influence within manufacturing organisations, establishing a high level of customer service and delivering on commercial contracts
- Able to sell innovative solutions into markets where the competition is commoditised
- Strong facilitation skills to resolve customer stakeholder conflicts and competing Ozo business priorities
- Highly analytical and able to plan and deliver both tactically and strategically
- Able to embrace pressure and remain calm
- Great communication and highly effective team working skills
